Happy almost 2019! I love this special time in between Christmas and New Years. Instead of jumping right ahead into setting resolutions and intentions for the year to come, I've realized the importance of reflecting back over the past year and taking stock of what is and has been. In order to have an even better year next year, I'd like to take the time to observe what 2018 taught me, areas of growth and of improvement, what I accomplished, and what I'd hoped to accomplish.
Taking active, intentional steps toward being present is what mindfulness is all about.
With that in mind, this template is inspired by my own mindfulness practice. I created it for anyone who would like to welcome the best possible 2019. This is a simple exercise in mindfulness, and you can use your creativity to customize it just for you.
